Zozo's Jams™ was started in 2009 because we were tired of seeing jams and jellies chock-full of additives and preservatives instead of fruit. So, we headed into our kitchen to mix up our own! Beginning with just one boutique offering, we have expanded to highlight the flavors of every season.
We are proud to locally source all our produce from Santa Clarita, Ventura, and Antelope Valley, so no matter where you are in the country, you can enjoy a taste of Southern California. Our goal is to maintain the flavor and integrity of the produce, which is why we exclusively offer one jam blend at a time--depending on the season we are in.

What Is the Difference Between Jam & Jelly?
While often used interchangeably, the difference between jam and jelly comes down predominantly to texture. Jelly typically uses just the fruit juice, not the skins or seeds, and when not used in combination with natural pectin, commercially produced pectins are necessary to create a smooth spread. On the other hand, jams and preserves use all the edible parts of the fruit. This ensures that you get the maximum fruit flavor without any need for additives or preservatives.
